Product’s description
Caciocchiato Pugliese is a hard spun paste cheese with a more or less pyriform shape with a characteristic swelling of the top and neck. Externally it has a thin, smooth and uniform rind, of a more
or less intense yellow color depending on the degree of seasoning; the paste is compact and not very elastic, white or straw yellow in color and has holes inside. The flavor is sweet and delicate in young cheeses, slightly spicy in mature ones. The smell is pleasant and slightly pungent.
