Product’s description

The mozzarella and the zero lactose morsel are innovative products that allow consumers who have problems with dairy products (due to lactose intolerances) to finally enjoy high quality products with a very low lactose content (less than 0.1%). They are, in fact, fresh stretched curd cheeses characterized by a smooth, uniform and shiny surface of a snow-white color; the consistency is soft and slightly elastic. The dough has overlapping layers that tend to disappear towards the center. The taste is sweet and delicate, the smell is fresh and pleasant.
