Chicken Lasagna

One of the theories about the emergence of the infamous lasagna is that it came from Naples, Italy, although its name can be traced back to ancient Greece as laganon, a kind of pasta, and to Rome, where there was a similar dish named lasanum.

It is for sure a dish full of history that has evolved through time, adapting to various tastes and diets. Our lasagna is another example of a gourmet meal with only the best ingredients: juicy tomato sauce, mushrooms, red bell pepper, melty mozzarella, lean chicken (GMO-free and without any antibiotics whatsoever), and sheets of fresh pasta. We add no béchamel sauce to try to get as close to the original flavor of the lasagna as possible.
