Yellow Amazonian Chili - Colombia
Product’s description
Amazonian Chili - A Unique Colombian Spice
Originally from Colombia, the Amazonian Chili Pepper has the unique feature of being harvested before reaching full maturity. This explains its yellow color, while most of its close relatives (like Cayenne pepper) are red! The early harvest allows the Amazonian Chili Pepper to develop fruity and tangy notes.
With a Scoville score of around 50,000 (equivalent to 8/10), it's a spicy pepper with distinctive aromatic qualities. The Amazonian Chili Pepper can be used whole, in a sauce for instance, before being removed, or it can be ground and fully incorporated into your preparations.
Our Amazonian Chili Pepper is available in a 15g and 30g glass bottle, as well as a 250g refill bag. Ref: ama
