This slit lamp utilizes a multi-coated system which transmits light more efficiently, resulting in very good clarity. The LED light source is more economical, much better for the environment because of its a longer life time (100 x more than a halogen one), and provides better, more uniform illumination. Available in 5x, 3x or 2x magnifications.
