The spicy oil chilli, garlic and peppers Llàgrimes del Canigó It is made with extra virgin olive oil with olives of the variety argudell cultivated in fields of the Gironès. When extracted cold, a flavor rich in aromas and very balanced is achieved.
Together with garlic, peppers and cayenne we add another flavor spicy, intense and seasoned which makes it a perfect companion for pizza, pasta and meat, although it can be used in all kinds of recipes.
No added artificial flavors. The secret of our spicy oil is the perfect balance between the bird's eye chilli, one of the spiciest, and the garlic from Padre de Jesús' garden (located in Agullana), who has been planting his Banyoles garlic for more than 40 years. .
