Product’s description
Zatar is made according to a recipe typical of the mountainous region of Lebanon. Zatar is the quintessential Middle Eastern spice blend, and aside from thyme, the exact ingredients of Zatar can vary almost from household to household. Traditionally added along with oil to labneh cheese. Used to season meats and vegetables, and as an ingredient in sauces.
Ingredients: sesame (43%), thyme (20%), durum wheat (20%), spices (8%): (in variable proportions: dill, coriander, fennel, sumac), sunflower oil (7%), salt.
