This Extra Virgin Olive Oil is obtained from olives harvested in the Barbarossa olive grove, Coricelli family's farm on the hills of Spoleto, in Umbria.
Fresh and full flavor, clearly fruity, but with its good delicacy, it has an elegant profile completed by a pleasant pungent aftertaste.
The precious packaging - depicting an original 1950s Italian coin - is a tribute to the founder Pietro Coricelli and his productive and cultural commitment in the oil sector.
Ideal: try it raw on soups, vegetables and grilled meats, or alone on bruschetta.
