Sapori della Valdichiana was born of the dream of Aldo Iacomoni, a butcher and breeder who, in 1960, opened the butcher's shop with his wife in the central square of Monte San Savino, a beautiful village perched in the Arezzo countryside, to sell animal meat that he raised with love and passion.

The success of the meat's flavor and quality resonated throughout Tuscany. The need to expand production gave rise to "Sapori della Valdichiana", his company that today exports the authenticity of Tuscan flavors abroad.

Over the years, the company has distinguished itself by offering products made from Cinta Senese PDO pork, its tasty organic products and by processing the highly prized Chianino IGP VBAC beef.
