Product’s description

Bresaola  IGP is a cured meat obtained by a process of craftsmanship carried out on selected cuts of chianino beef tenderloin. The refined chianino beef, from which excess fat is removed, and subjected to a process of surface curing and constant massaging with the addition of characteristic aromas. after curing, which lasts for at least 15 days, the meat undergoes a process of drying and seasoning. The product is presented in a vacuum.
