Product’s description
Finocchiona PGI is a product obtained by processing selected pork meat refrigerated, chopped and mixed with salt, additives and fennel seeds.
The meat mixture is embossed in natural casings and subjected to drying, steaming and maturing processes according to durations and methods that guarantee the acquisition of the typical characteristics of flavor and consistency, as stipulated in the production specifications.
