YOUNAU are aperitif spreads made in a sustainable, inclusive and transparent way.
Why sustainable?
Because we give priority to using surplus production and sorting residues from our Occitanie producers.

Why inclusive?
Because we create our own recipes, then manufacture our spreads ourselves in the workshops of an ESAT (Établissement et Service d'aide par le Travail) with which we have a partnership that enables us to employ their disabled residents.

Why transparency?
We are developing videos for each of our recipes (accessible via a QR code on the capsule of our jars) which aim to inform consumers about our products, such as the origin of the raw materials, the growers who produced the vegetables used in the recipe, the production process, and so on.
